This is perfect for so many things -- but, I use it to hold my cross stitch patterns. It sits right next to my desk top frame and I can easily mark off sections as I stitch. Should have made this purchase long ago! The quality is excellent; sturdy, streamlined and attractive in my work space. I wasn't sure if I would like the place holders, but they are essential and easily keep my patterns in place. Highly recommend.

Looked for a good bookstand for a client who has a visual impairment. To keep her from leaning over the table, hunching her shoulders and hurting her neck as she reads large print books with her magnifier, a bookstand that was fully adjustable was needed.
