This fish oil is excellent. I had memory problems, and it has helped me a lot. I can remember a lot more now. I have intermittent Palpitations (arrhythmias), and my heart feels much better. I forgot to take my heart medicine, and I didn't notice until 2 hours later. I always had problems right after not taking my medicine.
