When I was growing up one of my chores was to wash the dishes, pots and pans after dinner. I would often.see advertisements comparing Brillo and SOS on TV. My parents had been purchasing Brillo since they were married. However, one day I asked to try SOS. My parents agreed. There was truth in advertising. SOS then and 60 years later makes my pots and pans so clean and shiny I can see my face in them.
