Amazing!
I have used 3-6" memory mattress toppers before but this 9" complete memory mattress in a box is amazing! It is so easy to set up (and I am a 63 yr. old grandma!) And comfort..........well, just yummy! Not too soft and not too hard. I HIGHLY recommend it!

I have slept in the floor on a futon mattress for 6 years. Finding a bed that was firm enough to be comfortable to me was very difficult. I bought this mattress in twin for my daughters bunk beds and loved how they felt so got myself a queen. The first week took some getting used too because it's definitely softer than the floor, but is still quite firm. My daughters and I all love our mattress

Hoping for a Decent Night's Sleep
Question: The product description on this page says "10-year warranty" but it's not mentioned in the packaging. What are the details of this warranty and where can I print it out? Review: I ordered the medium firm 9" gel foam queen, which arrived yesterday. It is seriously firm, but I want/need decent support after tweaking my back sleeping on air mattresses for the past two years. I have a 2-inch memory foam topper from my old bed that helps add a soft touch. Good quality, good construction. The 9" height is more like 8" after 24 hours. There is a strong odor initially, but that is to be expected of any memory foam mattress. It does come packed in a box. Weighs about 60 pounds and requires a bit of effort to wrestle it indoors if you have an aching back. Once out of the plastic wrap, it quickly expands. I'm pleased with the quality of this product offers and I look forward to at least a few years of decent, pain-free sleep.
