I have 3 other pairs of Rocky boots and love them. These ones, not so much. With the toe protector, I wore them for 3 minutes and said Nope. Even after ordering a wide width, they are way too narrow with the toe shield thingy. I promptly returned them.

I've had a few pairs of Rocky boots in the past, and have always known them to be comfortable and durable. Having said that, these boots are not quite as comfortable as other Rockys I've had, but they're easily on par with other. similar boots. They do get much better after break in. The quality, though, easily met my already high expectations. I believe they'll hold up very well. And, above all, I've NEVER had a more sure-footed boot in all my life. The traction is unbelievable.
