Eliminates the Crush Sleeve

Well machined spacer . Many of these solid spacers do not have a chamferred ID to match the radius edge on the pinion mating surface, but THIS ONE DOES, and that's important to getting and maintaining the proper clearances. The only thing I didn't like is that the ID is a bit larger than the pinion OD, so it is a loose fit. Also, the shims are stamped from sheet steel and will need to be de-burred before use.
