These are very nice shoes. My family member needed an extra extra wide shoe. I was expecting this to be wider but they did fit and he said they are one of the most comfortable shoes he has had in a long time. And the reason they fit was because this shoe has laces that you can loosen the shoe thus making it wider. Most shoes now are being sold with built in laces that you slip your foot into causing shoes to not as wide as one would need.
