I think this would be fine if they actually fits your mask. By no means is this a "universal" fit. I tried it in 3 different style masks with no luck. The seller recommends a certain make of mask, and I'm guessing that's the only mask it will fit. So do I recommend it? Only if you have the mask they mention. It's not a universal insert.
