Sizes are extremely small

Ordered a 14-15, but received what looked like a 7-8 size…everything including the wash instructions label was written in Chinese! I don't read and understand Chinese! Who even knows if a Walmart employee grabbed the wrong size and mailed it to me coz it's written in a language they don't understand! So disappointed with Walmart!
