My second son is breastfed, very picky about pacifiers, and he doesn't use then often, just if he needs a little soothing in the car. We had one pacifier he would take, that they don't make anymore, and it wasn't working for his mouth. His cranio-sacral specialist said his palate was regressing. He recommended a pacifier like this, wide, and angled up. I searched and searched, and found these! Very pleased that they exist and that they are working for my picky boy! He did need some time to adjust to the shape and placement in his mouth. He gagged a bit at first, but he would still take it. So, I would advise giving them a little while to ease into it if they don't take it immediately. I will say also that using this has reversed his palate regression and improved his latch significantly.
