The Alpha Medical Padded Night Splint provides night time and morning pain relief. The footplate provides passive dorsi-flexion for plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. The Alpha Medical Padded Night Splint comes with a full-length toe wedge for additional stretch on plantar fascia. The Alpha Medical Padded Night Splint prevents tears in fibrous tissue that occur after a night of rest, breaking the night time healing and morning pain cycle.

The edges of this are not padded well and you sleep they cut in to the muscles. I have a bruise where one part has been digging in to the area its on. The wedge is ok but you'll need to cover it as the material it's made from is strange and sweaty against the skin. Other than that it does the job but look for a better one.

Really adjustable and straps are comfortable. Lightweight and hold for and leg in place well. Not cushioned much in the heel or sole. No grips on the bottom, so hobbling to the bathroom on tile floors is risky.
