TruColor Silver Shine Natural Food-Coloring Powder Paint, 6 Grams

This silver shine natural food color paint by TruColor is perfect for use in an airbrush as well as with a paint brush. Since it is a powder you will need to rehydrate the product before use. When you rehydrate you are looking for a light syrup consistency just thicker than water. You would use approximately tsp. of water to tsp of powder. For a darker shade use less water and for a lighter shade use more water. Any colors with turmeric added should not be used with the fine spray nozzle of your airbrush. Though water is required to activate the color you can use alcohol with this coloring for faster drying or in a humid climate. You must first add a small amount of water before adding the alcohol. You will get 4g of this color. TruColor is created without dyes, preservatives and FD&C colors. It is GMO free and does not contain milk, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat or soya. It is also gluten free. Some colors contain annatto seed which does affect some people with nut allergies. If what you are coloring contains acid you may not achieve a true color.
