Note: This reel is not recommended for use with an oversized cover (16 millimeters or thicker). The tube will not be able to handle the weight of the cover.

The shipping was pretty fast but they didn\u2019t include the casters and they also sent the wrong pole. I\u2019ve been trying to contact via phone but it\u2019s been impossible to reach someone.
