Nice bands

These are nice and well made. My PT gave me the thin kind they use. I bought theirs home and within a week of using at home it broke. I bought two of the purple ones from Walmart. I have used these a lot and do not feel they would break. I looped both of mine to a pole to do my exercises. I am able to achieve all my exercises I am to do, and not have to worry about the exercise band breaking and hitting me, which hurts. These are very nice and I like the weight and the strength of them.

Great for workouts!

This resistance band is a perfect workout companion! Nice size and the right amount of resistance to make you feel as if you got what you paid for. I use daily on my legs for toning and especially my arms for toning. It amps up just a regular work out video in the best way possible.
