I really felt comfortable with the PS. I was able to learn quite a bit about pearls from them to help me select the grade of pearls, length, size and color. I used the chat feature exclusively and they responded on the chat almost immediately. I love that I could return something if I didn't like it when it arrived to make me feel secure about doing business with them. I plan to purchase more in the future. Also, I found out they will offer one free restring within the first 6 months if the customer requests. Thanks PS.

Beautiful black pearls. My wife loved them. Delivered quicker than advertised. I think I got them within 3 business days of ordering. The packaging was very nice. Definitely will be ordering more pearls from The Pearl Source in the future.
