2 Thumbs Up. Mounted two 20" fans on house 10' above patio to keep mosquitoes away. Fans are quiet while moving a lot of air. Even "hi" is relatively quiet with conversation level remaining normal. Cords are long enough to separate the two fans while sharing an outlet. I recommend and would buy again.

I already have two NewAir fans hanging in my barn to keep the air circulating to reduce flies and to also help keep my Pygmy goats and babydoll sheep cooler. So when I needed another outdoor rated fan, I came to NewAir.com. I bought this fan to circulate the air to help keep/dry the morning dew off of my plants and prevent bud rot. Solid Fan!
I live in Florida and it gets really hot here... I use this fan in my garage when working on my cars or jamming on the drums. It's pretty strong and handles the heat very well. The price is a bit steep, but the fan is very well built, and it is also waterproof, so it I hope it will handle harsh Florida humidity and last me a long time. I only wish it had one extra fan setting, cuz even on the lowest speed is still pretty strong in some cases when you don't need all that power.
