Refund for the return

I am trying to resolve this $8.61 refund issue for quite some time. Every time I start chat dialogue for this it just cuts off when I am writing a long response. It says the item has been received and refund is issued. However, my credit card company tells me that there is no record of $8.61 refund from Walmart. I am really frustrated with this. Not happy.
