PureMonk Sweetener

I'm very happy this product as alternative to artificial and other sweeteners. I've previously been a long term user of typical no calorie sweeteners but they always upset my stomach causing digestive issues, bloating and inflammation in my gut. I was advised by a healthcare provider to get off them and try mink fruit instead, but it had to be pure monk fruit and not mixed with erythritol (most are) This one is pure and 100% monk fruit, no other ingredients and very high quality and I have no digestive problems. And you only need the tiniest bit to make your beverage sweet so this jar lasts a really long time. I will definitely buy again when I need to.

This Monk fruit powder is intense! You only need a little, it's similar to stevia in intensity. It tastes nice, there is no weird aftertaste like you can get with stevia. I've been using it in coffee, ice cream (keto ice cream) and smoothies. Considering you only need to little this container is going to last me for a long time. So I think the number servings you get for the size compared to the price it actually works out at a very good price. This is helping me cut down on my sugar intake. I would order this again when I eventually run out.
