Check for warranty!

Liked the product and delivery time. Citizen watches come with an international warranty and this needs to be provided by the seller. I did not receive it.

The watch arrived in used condition, not new as described. The watches' second-hand movement moved in a 3-second increment, not 1 second at a time as it should have been. All the protective packaging that should have been protecting the watch was missing. The return was simple. but still a hassle.
