touch controls didn't work
I guess you get what you pay for. they're comfortable and have decent sound but the touch controls don't work. they're loud and I kept trying to reduce the volume by double tapping left earbud but it totally shuts off the sound. they're being returned.

Thin audio, poor phone mic
The canned menu announcements are muddled. Audio when listening to music is thin and basic. Mic for phone calls is poor, making your voice sound tinny to the other person, almost unusable for phone calls. Audio when listening to podcasts or videos is fine. Returning these as I intended to use them primarily for phone calls instead of a wired headset.
