Frame brace

Easy enough to install, and work with. My only complaint and it's nothing major. The truck has metric bolts so the replacement bolts are metric, but the bolts that attach the bearing are standard, could have probably used metric there as well. I do like the design it allows for support and stability where it is needed.

Been reading up on the issues with steering and decided on get this on my truck before it gets to be an issue. Was worth the money. However the brace is heavy and would recommend a second set of hands dropped it and hit myself in the head. Solid piece is of metal and great weld joints.

Straightforward Installation

After having to replace the steering box after 60k miles on my RAM (we tow a lot) I chose the "belt and suspenders" approach and installed the steering brace to give the new steering gear a better chance at survival. The installation took less than an hour - I do recommend a second pair of hands, as the brace and the torsion bar together are pretty heavy. Great product!
