Even when connected to a power source, the doorbell shuts down after 2 months and says there is no battery. This is time-consuming, and if you don't know how to use it with electricity, it's very dangerous, or you have to turn off the power and how to charge it? Do I have to wait for a few hours before the wires can be powered on?

I really hate this camera. It will go offline randomly and will not reconnect to the Internet. The battery has never lasted for a long time. The customer service is terrible. I would rather try another security company because it has caused me a lot of problems and is not even worth half the cost

I do not recommend purchasing this product. Shortly after installing the circular camera, you will need to register for a subscription service. If not done this way, the product is actually useless. It no longer allows you to enjoy the services that security cameras should provide for your home and family with peace of mind. Welcome to 2024, even your doorbell requires a subscription
