high quality stainless steel easy to use. why did I get this particular measurement will look on the back of any product it says one serving two tablespoons. I had some heart problems and I have to watch what I eat and the sodium and I have to balance everything and everything is in two tablespoons and it's easy to keep up with my sodium intake which is 1400 mg a normal person can have nearly 5,000 per day. it's not to watch. makes it easy and trust me I've learned to do more with less. especially when salads I like my salad dressing and I can have four tablespoons on a big salad I don't put any meat I do put boiled eggs in there I take out the yellow yolks. oh well two tablespoons man everything says two tablespoons is a portion. and they're well made very well made blah blah blah blah blah blah yes I would buy them again. and yes I have a sister that wants my second one I left it in oh the packaging the box oh yeah for a quality instrument it needs a quality packing. no she's not getting it she can buy her own. that woman wants everything I have.
