delicious, but small pieces

first time making dry hominy, it was way better than canned! however i didn't know this is small pieces, if i had more knowledge of dry hominy the mame explains it, but i just saw hominy. i soaked overnight, drained rinsed then cooked in crock pot a few hours. absolutely delicious.

Tasty, But More Work Than Canned

The pieces were too small and after a lengthy period of soaking they were still a bit hard. I was impressed with the taste. It was delicious and better than canned hominy!
