Item was improperly packed w/o any padding in box. Bounced around in transit, brok open and leaked product all inside box… when box arrived, it was soft and squishy with the food absorbed from broken jar inside…. I ordered this item and absolutely needed it, waited much longer than promised then it arrived unusable. Pls issue refund on this item or just credit my PayPal balance for value of tahini bittle
