Not Real Velvet

The bags are not really velvet, they are a synthetic material which isn't as pretty as velvet. The color in the photo is different from actual bags . The act bags have a rather faded red color, not deep and rich like the photo. I had to pay shipping as I needed these fast for a job and the shipping cost of $8 couldn't have been the actual cost to ship this tiny light weight envelope.
