Beautiful product, with great features!
Love this product, so far. What really amazes me is the design and build quality of the product as a whole. Not built with plastic at all (that I can visibly see), like most big box stores and local plumbing supply chains that advertise lack-luster products at extremely high prices. VIDO is clearly doing something right, and the consumer really appreciates it. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to make the pilot hole where the handle screws into the dome assembly of the faucet a little smaller/tighter for a more snug fit after assembly. While in use, the handle tends to loosen on its own….but not a big deal, because it was nothing that a strip of plumbers tape could not fix; therefore, having absolutely no effect on my five star rating for this remarkable product.

Excellent Faucet and soap dispeser
We just put ours to work, so far it is very good. Exactly how it is described in the website. VIGO takes good care of the packing too. The faucet feels heavy and the black part is plastic (but I'm fine with it). The size of the Soap dispenser container is standard (and I need something bigger), but just connected a long hose directly to a big Soap gallon container sitting inside the cabinet, that will last few months. Very happy with this purchase
