Premium nonpareil almonds glazed with a perfect balance of sweet cane sugar, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract and a kiss of sea salt. We use only natural vanilla extract made from superior vanilla beans. Natural vanilla extract is a mixture of several hundred different compounds in addition to vanillin. We never use artificial vanilla flavoring, which is a solution of pure vanillin, usually of synthetic origin and derived from wood pulp.
Our nuts are double roasted resulting in a deep nutty flavor and hand seasoned in small batches to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
