Useless without working strap

Shoes fit fine but the strap was too short to even get the velcro to touch. The shoes are a waste without being able to strap on. Very disappointed.

Ankle part too small, won't fit.

Very pretty shoe, however they do not fit around my childs ankles. My child is of a normal build and it should have fit... but no, these shoes are useless to us.
