the tea infuser works perfectly. turn it on let it brew and seep. once it's completed it's just like pouring coffee out of a coffee pot. and the cleanup is so so easy. also I can get multiple uses out of one feeling of tea in the infuser. no mess no fuss. I love this teapot.
