It allows us the option of either using our grill or cooking using the griddle. Having the flexibility is awesome, but in all honesty, I prefer cooking with my griddle over my 3 burner Weber Genesis II. YES! I Love it that much!

We have only had it a couple of weeks, but we love it! We have a 17” that is great for 2 and for traveling. We originally got the smaller size because it is usually just the 2 of us. We did not know how much we would enjoy it. We decided to go to the 28” size for when we are entertaining family and friends. The 28” is the perfect size. Our grandkids are visiting right now and we have cooked breakfasts, lunches, and dinners on the griddle. It seasoned perfectly and nothing sticks. My husband is always thinking up excuses so he can cook on his griddle. Highly recommend Blackstone Products.
