The best thing ever

I love them so much!!!!! My favorite snack was always a homemade flour tortilla with avocado but ever since my problem with gluten I had to take that out of my diet which was heartbreaking!!! Your tortillas taste so good that I could have my favorite snack and I don't feel like I'm substituting at all, they are so yummy. Amazing! I thought I was relegated to a live without fajitas forever (because I don't eat grains). I also could rest your other products with the xantham gum. So when I discovered the cassava and chia tortilla, I was so excited! They were better than I suspected! Great flavor and strong to hold on lots of yummy ingredients. The only way it could get better is if my local coop would stock them. For now I will order directly. Thank you so much for making this great product!
