Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Dishwand Refill, 4-Refills

These are nice sponges for the dish wand. I Like this style because the sponge doesn't have a hole in it for soap to come out faster, but you can remove it if you want. My wand is very old so the soap already comes out too fast for me. My recommendation is to not use the sponge on dirty dishes, I just use it to clean them once they're already clear of food and grease. I use a silicone scrub brush to get all the debris off first so that my sponges last longer.
