I ordered 2 of these and only received one. Not only was Walmart support chat pretty useless for this. But they said that they'd contact GulfMark to get my second one delivered to me. The only email I got from GulfMark, without context, literally said "we don't do it. It's automatically generated". I have no idea what that even means as I don't know what they were told. They have yet to respond to my reply. They're scamming people and are incredibly unprofessional and rude. The ONE item I received, out of TWO, is decent however. Unfortunately it's not sold anywhere else at all. My previous identical one lasted several years before ever needing to be replaced
