Don't Buy
Purchased this phone for my legally blind mother. Item arrived in brown shipping box. I opened it to discover that the phone was just stuffed in the shipping box loose, no product box. I assembled the phone and tried to program it but it wouldn't hold the commands. I flipped to the back of the instruction book to find troubleshooting tips and on the last page was a handwritten note “purchased end of July 2019”. I lurched the phone at the end of August. Obviously someone had purchased it first, returned it because it was defective, and then it was resold to me. I am so angry, this is a despicable practice. To top it all off, I returned the phone to the Walmart in Rockaway NJ. Customer service manager was so rude, said this was t their problem because Phone was a marketplace item, it had to be boxed up and Fed Ex'd to seller and I will have to wait 2-3 weeks to be refunded. I will never shop WalMart again. Warning to next person who buys this phone; they will probably send you the broken one that's already been sold and returned twice!
