Pass on it and the seller

The skirt was not at all what we were looking for. It is made of a thin, almost swimsuit material. I tried to return it at Walmart and found that it's sold by a third-party seller and has to be approved by the seller before you can do any kind of return. When I messaged them, they said it was too late to return (5 weeks after delivery). So I guess Walmart's return policy doesn't apply to this seller/item? I'd just recommend you pass on this one.
