No Cap Or Lid????

Actually works very well as long as it doesn't tip over!! It doesn't come with a lid. I would assume for the specific use of pocket size spittoon, a lid or cap would come with it. Maybe the design is to be spill proof but, mine tips over and spills all the time!!
