I wish I could have given this item/shipper a big fat ZERO!!! I ordered this item but didn't receive it! I followed the tracking but it kept in the "delayed" status for over a week from the expected delivery date!! The final status indicated that my shipping address was wrong which it was not and it was shipped via UPS Ground but was given to USPS which was weird because UPS Ground would never do that. They would deliver it themselves!!!! UPS Ground would never send the package to USPS. It said that my package was returned to shipper!! I ordered several items on the same day from Walmart including this item and I received all of the other items with the same delivery address so how can it be a wrong address when I received all of the other items that I ordered. Anyway Walmart was great and their customer service associate went above and beyond for me and gave me options on a refund which was fantastic!! I looked on other websites about this seller and this item and found numerous people who never received this item as well so I would say.....don't order this item from this shipper - you won't receive it!!!

I washed it once and the front zipper broke and the seams came open I bought a size to big for myself to make sure I fit nice and cozy. I am so upset that it is unwearable after one wash. I was in love with this until that, so upsetting.
