Marinade What! Try this recipe...

For Tuna! Or Chicken, but tuna works best. Marinade: 1/3 kikkoman sweet soy glaze 1/3 soy sauce 1/3 water Put it in the fridge as long as you like. They extra salt actually starts curing the tuna. The longer you marinade it the tuna cooks through in the fridge. I do 24-48 hours then just a quick 60-90 seconds in the frying pan. It's raw, but it's cooked... DELISH 🤯
