It was a beautiful hat bad shipping made it nothot

The only thing that was wrong with that hat, and the reason why I had to return it is because the way it was packaged it has dents in it, so maybe that can help you be able to package it better next time because if it didn't have those crinkles in it I would've gladly love to wore it. It was beautiful.

hat came in small plastic bag and was folded and shoved into package i have tried to steam the wrinkles out but am afraid to get it to hot and melt the material. They need to change shipping packaging since the charge for shipping,poor decision to mash and folt into smallest plastic bag to save shipping costs so they dont pay as much as they charge the customer for shipping.
