I bought this as a Christmas 2018 gift for my wife (who has back issues and sees a chiropractor regularly) and my wife loves it already. The night I was setting it up for her she was sitting on the couch and experiencing back discomfort and mild pain just from sitting there. After I finished setting it up, she inverted just 30° for a couple minutes and then told me she felt much better when she went back to sitting on the couch.

I just finished my 1st 30 days, I look forward to my time on the teeter. I started on the beginner settings and have increased my incline a bit since then. Took me a little experimenting to get my height adjusted, I’m 5’4 but I use the settings at 5’8 to get balanced. I’ve even got a small rocking motion going. So far, I’m very happy!
