Licensed hairstylist here and this works! It was as good as my beloved Pravan hair color remover. 1 got 2 applications out of this product on my medium length hair. Rinse for 5 minutes and do a bleach cap to eat away leftover pigments. Clarify, then condition .

Let me just tell you that its a miracle worker. My hair is pretty much back to what it was before i dyed it and it doesnt even feel damaged. cannot recommend this product enough if you dont like you dyed color.
