This is just right for my lunch to take to work. After hearing my lunch(spaghetti%26ground beef) the rubber wrap around the bowl makes it safe to carry a hot meal. one time i stopped the bowl and to my surprise not only did the bowl not break also my lunch stayed safely in the bowl thanks to the lock lid top. This bowl is awesome. Thanks
