I bought this as a detox, mineral, vitamin supplement. I believe it's working. I combine it with broken cell chlorella. I also drink aloe juice. It seems to be helping me detox. I've lost some weight too, which wasn't a goal, just a benefit. I'm not overweight, but I've had excess water and some extra chub. I'm slimming and toning. I believe using the above combination has helped my digestion, rid toxins that hamper such, and improved absorption of food, vitamins, and minerals. It has trace vitamins and minerals as well. I've not been taking a multivitamin. Trying to get my vitamins from food and such supplements. A bit of warning, you will be cleaned out. Internally. From your bowels, intestines, blood, lymph glands, and probably on a cellular level. Speaking of cells, it seems to be helping the breakup of fat pockets and cellulite. I'm 40. Not a major issue for me, but what little I have seems to be dissipating. Nice side benefit!!

Great product

I've been buying Swanson products for many years. Never been disappointed. This product is top tier as well. I wish it came with a dropper though. After using for a few weeks I can say I feel a lot better than before. Definitely will re-order!
