I have had other peanut powders and they all taste bland, with no hint of peanut taste. I would have to use half the jar in one take to get a hint of flavor. I usually go back to using oily peanut butter then. But I needed a healthier alternative. I was so excited to try this brand, with only organic peanuts, organic coconut palm sugar and salt in the ingredients. 2g of fat. Smelled like roasted peanuts as soon as I opened the jar. The taste? True roasted peanuts. So delicious. I don't have to use as much, and it tastes and smells authentic. The color of the powder is a light, yellowish brown, like ground peanuts should look, and the texture is smooth. No grains, true powder. Melts in your mouth, and blends easily. Also can be used in a shaker cup for quick runs to the gym. I highy recommend this brand to everyone looking for a healthy alernative to oily peanut butter. True peanut taste. Use it to bake; use it in shakes; just use it. Be mindful of others with peanut allergies when you share, but definitely get this brand.
