I'm small stature & thin so am proactive against bone loss. Took coral calcium + vitamin D for years. Unfortunately, DEXA scan wasn't good. I switched to Cardiotabs Bone Essentials 6 months ago & have noticed a marked change in my fingernails & skin. I'm excited to get my next DEXA scan in a couple of months. I don't always get to take 4 tabs in a day though (at least 3 tabs). Would be great if the dosage was 3 tabs rather than 4 a day.
