Extremely poor quality for high priced USA knife

Knife was received with obvious quality issues. It arrived new in original box with all papers. Upon opening and unfolding the knife I immediately notice the blade was loose and had horrible side to side blade wobble. Since the knife is factory new, this is definitely a manufacturer's defect that should never have passed quality inspection or been allowed to ship to the seller (Shepherd Hills Cutlery) who then shipped the knife to me. Price was way too high for such a poorly manufactured pocket knife.
