THORENS brass lighter is designed to replicate the classic skeleton logo of “The King of Thieves”, the round body is cold forged to present a matte oxidized texture, and the three-dimensional engraving of the skeleton's eyes is inlaid with the high-precision “ONE PIECE” in the recessed area of the skull on the surface, in which the “ONEPIECE” intentionally preserves the misalignment of the letters. The brass material has been aged, the bone spine texture and cross-bone lines are engraved in layers to show changes in depth, and the ring-shaped hinge on the edge echoes with the brand's “THORENS” indentation on the side to form a sense of industrial mechanics. In the pure white background, the skeleton jaw line and bone spikes form the triangular composition of the pirate flag, the whole set of design in the reproduction of classic IP symbols, through the traces of oxidation of the material and the misplaced layout to build up a collection of replica products of contradictory aesthetics.
