Have taken this for years and will continue doing so. Much better digestion. HOWEVER, the last time I ordered it from Walmart, the contents had been tampered with. What was supposed to be 30 gelcaps was approximately 100 unmarked pills. Walmart quickly gave me a refund. Thank you Walmart!

Love this product! So I normally wouldn't be able to use the bathroom for weeks, would have to visit the Emergency Room. They prescribed me magnesium citrate 2 times a day for 2 weeks.
