Verified Purchase

This heavy item arrived packaged only in blue stretch wrap. It was obviously previously returned to the distributor, shipped to me with a broken mounting bracket, both electrical connectors broken, missing the landing foot and no mounting screws. I returned it to the store and was told I won't get a refund until it gets back to the distributor and they approve the return. I know it's not Walmart's fault, but they should pressure this distributor to stop sending crap.
